Ukraine: Beer and malt output decline in January-May

Ukraine’s beer production dropped by 2% in January-May this year, Ukrpivo reported on June 16.

The nation’s brewers produced a total of 6.92 mln hl of beer, excluding zero-alcohol brands over the reporting period, the trade association said.

January-May malt output was 124,626 tonnes, 14.9% less than over the same period in 2019.
